PURCHASE SINGLE-SESSION TICKETS4-PACK PROMOTIONSingle-session tickets for the 2014 Phillips 66 Big 12 Baseball Championship are on sale now. The championship will be played in a double-elimination format beginning Wednesday, May 21, and culminating with the championship game on Sunday, May 25.
First-day matchups include top seed Oklahoma State facing No. 8 Oklahoma at 4 p.m. CT with No. 4 Texas Tech and No. 5 Texas squaring off at 7:30 p.m. in the other half of the bracket. In Wednesday’s first session, third-seeded Kansas will take on sixth-seeded West Virginia while No. 2 TCU and No. 7 Baylor will follow at 12:30 p.m.
Prices for single-session tickets range from $13 to $37 and are available via Ticketmaster and at the Oklahoma City RedHawks box office. Fans can also purchase through Big12Sports.com or by calling the RedHawks at (405) 218-1000.
All-session tickets are available stating at $87 for terrace reserved. Weekend passes are also available starting at $67, which includes up to seven games (four Friday, two Saturday, and Sunday’s Championship final). All-session tickets include all games, including the if-necessary games, totaling 15 contests. Single-session tickets will be available the week of the event.
Fans can also partake in a four-pack promotion, purchasing four tickets single-session tickets at the bleacher or field level for $40 and $60, respectively, using the promo code 4PACK.
Phillips 66 will present Big 12 Baseball Gameday - an interactive experience for all ages. The fan fest will feature a full size batting cage for both children and adults, four sets of corn hole boards, a live pitching simulator where fans can test the speed on their fastball and a photo booth.
This is the 10th straight season, and 16th time overall, that Oklahoma City has served as the site of the championship. The postseason crown has been won by eight different league squads. Past postseason champions include Kansas (2006), Missouri (2012), Nebraska (1999-2001, ‘05), Oklahoma (2013, 1997), Oklahoma State (2004), Texas (2002, ‘03, ‘08-’09), Texas A&M (2007, ‘10-’11) and Texas Tech (1998).
