The first full week of conference play takes place on October 3 with all 10 teams in action. The Big 12 is the only league this week that features two conference matchups of undefeated teams as West Virginia travels to Oklahoma and K-State visits Oklahoma State.

The Big 12 has a balanced offensive attack through the air and on the ground as the lone conference averaging over 300 (309.12) passing yards and over 200 (200.09) rushing yards.
The Big 12 is the only league averaging over 500 yards (509.21) of total offense and over 300 yards (309.12) through the air, and one of just two leagues averaging over 200 yards (200.09) on the ground.
A Big 12 team leads the nation in scoring offense (Baylor - 65.0), total offense (Baylor - 767.0) and scoring defense (West Virginia - 7.7).
TCU received two national player of the week awards after its 55-52 win at Texas Tech. Wide receiver Josh Doctson was named the Walter Camp National Offensive Player of the Week while quarterback Trevone Boykin picked up the FWAA National Offensive Player of the Week.
