SBC All-Big 12 Honors Notebook:
Oklahoma's Jason White is the second player in league history to win Offensive Player of the Year in back-to-back seasons (Ricky Williams, UT, 1997-98). Nebraska's Eric Crouch also won the award twice, in 1999 and 2001.
Derrick Johnson is the second player from Texas to earn defensive accolades. Colorado's Jordon Dizon and Iowa State's Tim Dobbins are also the second players from their schools to win their respective awards.
OU's Adrian Peterson is the first player in Big 12 history to win Offensive Freshman and Newcomer of the Year in the same season.
