The coaches' poll has four Big 12 teams and four Southeastern Conference teams in the top 10. The media poll kept Oklahoma at No. 2. LSU, which rallied to win at Auburn, slipped past Missouri to take the No. 5 spot. The Tigers are No. 6, Texas is No. 7 and Texas Tech placed at No. 10. Kansas is No. 18 in both polls.
