Christine Flores (Missouri) and Brynn Williamson (Iowa State) were selected Phillips 66 Big 12 Women's Basketball Players of the Week by a media voting panel for games from Dec. 5-11. Flores was honored for the second time this season while Williamson picked up her first award.

Christine Flores recorded her first triple-double while leading Missouri to a pair of wins last week over Eastern Illinois and North Dakota. The senior forward recorded 25 points, 14 rebounds and 10 blocks vs. EIU. It was the first triple-double in the Big 12 this season and the first at Missouri since 1995. The 10 blocks were the highest in a single game in MU history, and her 11 free throws were the most in an outing since 2005. Flores then tied her career-high with 29 points vs. UND. For the week, she averaged 25 points, 11 rebounds and 7.5 blocks. Flores hit 56 percent (14-of-25) from the field, 57.1 percent of her three-point attempts (4-of-7) and 95.6 percent from the free-throw line (22-of-23).
Phillips 66 Big 12 Freshman of the Week
Brynn Williamson, Iowa State, G, Kansas City, Mo.
Brynn Williamson averaged 10.5 points and 1.5 rebounds while earning her first career start in helping Iowa State to wins over Iowa and Mississippi Valley State. The rookie guard scored 11 points on 3-of-6 shooting from behind the arc in 16 minutes of action against Iowa. In her first start, Williamson tallied 10 points to go along with two assists and two steals against Mississippi Valley State. Had two 3-pointers against the Devilettes to give her five games this season with two or more threes. Williamson hit 46.7 percent (7-of-15) of her field goal attempts last week, including 41.7 percent (5-of-12) from the three-point line.
