The NCAA announced some changes to the roster of the prestigious Division I Men's Basketball Committee this week with the athletic director at a Big 12 school getting an extended tour of duty.

Oklahoma AD Joe Castiglione was appointed to the committee to finish out the term of former Big 12 commissioner Dan Beebe. After two years on the committee, Castiglione's appointment has been extended and he will serve a three-year term that will expire in August of 2016.

Andy Katz of ESPN.com wrote that, "Castiglione has taken this role very seriously and offers a balanced approach to the process."
