Big 12 Commissioner Bob Bowlsby, speaking at a business seminar in Oklahoma City, said that college basketball needs to make changes to end the "one-and-done" student-athlete. Bowlsby also said the Big 12 is leaning heavily toward a future with 10 schools. He also had opinions on a number of other topics in college athletics.
