The 2013 Big 12 Tennis Championships will be held at the Headington Family Tennis Center in Norman, Okla. April 25-28. The Sooners have hosted the event on two additional occasions (2004, '09).

Opened in 2001, facility features 12 outdoor courts, seating for fans, championship lighting and surface, a sound system, electronic scoreboards and benches on every court. The outdoor courts are split into four three-court quadrants for easy access and viewing. With the addition of the Gregg Wadley Indoor Pavilion, the complex houses 18 courts total, locker rooms for both home teams and visitors, storage for trainers and equipment staff and indoor amenities for fans.

The Sooners took home the men's title last year. The BU men lead the conference with seven championship trophies (2002-05, 2007-09). The Longhorn women won in 2012 and hold the most wins overall with eight (1997-2002, '05, '12). Prior to last year, the Baylor women had won the past six postseason conference titles (2006-11). Oklahoma State was crowned in 2003, while Texas A&M won in 2004.
