The Big 12 is second among FBS leagues in passing with 272.2 yards.

The Big 12 leads all conferences with six of its teams ranked in the top 25 for pass efficiency defense.

The Big 12 has three of the nation’s 17 undefeated teams. No other league has more.

70 Big 12 touchdown drives this season have covered 50-plus yards in 2 minutes-or-less.

Big 12 teams have scored 16 times on special teams or defense, including three scores this past week off a blocked field goal, fumble and interception.

Baylor and Texas Tech are among six teams whose scoring offense and scoring defense are ranked in the Top 20 nationally.

Seven Big 12 seniors were named semifinalists for the 2013 William V. Campbell Trophy honoring college football’s top scholar-athletes. Since 1996, the Big 12 has had three Campbell Trophy winners and 30 players named National Scholar-Athletes.

Big 12 Players of the Week were awarded to offense: Lache Seastrunk (Baylor), defense: Shaun Lewis (Oklahoma State) and special teams: Ben Grogan (Oklahoma State).
