Big 12 Players in the NBA

Big 12 institutions are represented on 21 of the 30 NBA teams and a total of 33 former players are on the opening day rosters. Kansas leads the way with 14 players in the NBA, followed by Texas (8), Baylor (4), Oklahoma State (3), Kansas State (2), Iowa State (1) and Oklahoma (1).

The Big 12 has more NBA draft picks over the last six years than any conference, with 17 First-rounders in the last four years alone. Five former Big 12 players will be on display in the three opening day games.
