Texas A&M University will host the Big 12 Swimming & Diving Championships for the seventh time in Conference history. The event will be held at the Student Recreation Natatorium Center in College Station, Texas and will take place on February 24-27, 2010. TAMU last hosted the championships in 2007.

The Big 12 Conference Championships field will consist of the six institutions that sponsor women's programs: Iowa State, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Texas and Texas A&M, along with the three schools that have men's teams: Missouri, Texas and Texas A&M. The Longhorn men's squad has won the Big 12 championship every year since the Conference was formed in 1996, giving UT 13 titles total. On the women's side, Texas earned its eighth overall league title last season while Texas A&M owns three crowns (2007-2008). The Nebraska women took home top honors in 1997 and '98.
