The Big 12 has six teams ranked in this week's BCS top 25. The Big 12 has had at least 50 percent of its teams ranked each week in the BCS Standings.

Nine Big 12 teams have been ranked in the national polls at some point during the season. Eight are currently ranked or receiving votes.

The Big 12's quick-strike offenses have 127 touchdown drives that took five-or-less plays, and lead the nation in TDs per game (4.8).

The Conference has 68 scoring drives that took less than a minute through Oct. 27 games.

The Big 12 leads FBS conferences in total yards (463.4) and points (36.9) per game.

The Big 12 has four of the top six passing offenses and five of the top 20 in total offense.

Seven of the top 13 scoring offenses reside in the Big 12.

Four Big 12 quarterbacks, including the top three, are in the nation's top six in points responsible for per game.

Nick Florence (Baylor) and Cody Davis (Texas Tech) are among 15 collegiate football players to win postgraduate scholarships as part of the 54th National Football Foundation (NFF) Scholar-Athlete Class.

Big 12 Players of the Week were awarded to offense: Collin Klein (K-State), defense: Jake Knott (Iowa State) and special teams: Quinn Sharp (Oklahoma State).
