Juniors Greta Bruner (TCU) and Quade Cummins (Oklahoma) earned Big 12 honors for the month of November.
Bruner was awarded Women’s Golfer of the Month after carding a final round career-low score of 67 and helping lead TCU to a school-record round of 277 to finish second at the Battle at the Beach. The junior finished in third place, marking her fourth top-10 finish in her last nine tournaments.
Cummins received Men’s Golfer of the Month after finishing in second place with the third-lowest 54-hole total in school history at the Ka’anapali Classic at 198 (-15), shooting all three rounds under par. During the final round, the junior recorded an 18-hole career low score of 65 (-7), helping the Sooners to a school record 264 (-20) in the third round.
This is the first career award for Bruner and Cummins.
