Big 12 Wrestlers Seeded and Ready For Nationals

Sixty-one Big 12 wrestlers are headed to the NCAA Wrestling Championships in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, as competition is set to begin Thursday, March 21, and go through Saturday, March 23.

Of the 61 individuals headed to the national event, 16 were seeded No. 10 or higher, including two No. 1 seeds (Daton Fix, 133; Derek White, HWT) and one No. 2 seed (Nick Piccininni), all three hailing from Oklahoma State.

All 10 Big 12 individual champions will compete in their respective weight classes for a chance to claim a national title. OSU and Iowa State will both send a Big 12-leading nine wrestlers each, while Wyoming follows with seven.
