The 2011 Big 12 Tennis Championships will be held at the Baylor Tennis Center in Waco, Texas from April 28-May 1. The Bears have previously hosted the event twice (2001 & 2006).

The Center features 12 outdoor courts, with six front courts that are set along a beautiful tree-lined amphitheater setting overlooking the Baylor Marina inlet. The complex also boasts another six courts, with a total seating capacity of 2,000 people available.

Baylor has continually updated the facility since its opening in 2001 and has hosted NCAA postseason competition each year since.

Texas ended Baylor's streak of three straight crowns by capturing the men's title in 2010, its fourth overall. The Bears still lead the conference with seven championship trophies (2002-05, 2007-09). The Baylor women have won the past five postseason conference titles (2006-09). The Longhorn women hold the most wins overall with seven (1997-2002, '05). Oklahoma State was crowned in 2003, while Texas A&M won in 2004.
