Texas Tech extended its program-best and Big 12-leading unbeaten streak to 12-straight matches dating back to Sept. 1. The Red Raiders have shutout 12 of their opponents this season.

West Virginia remains unbeaten in conference play since joining the Big 12 prior to the 2012 season. The Mountaineers stand at 12-0-1 all-time in Big 12 play.

Texas Tech and West Virginia have both cracked the top 10 in at least one of the national polls. The Red Raiders check in at No. 7 in the Top Drawer Soccer poll while the Mountaineers moved up to No. 6 in the Soccer America poll. Six of the league’s nine teams have been ranked or received votes in at least one of the national polls this season.

Iowa State’s Emily Goldstein recorded the second hat trick of the season for the Big 12 netting three of the Cyclone’s four goals against Oklahoma last Sunday.

The Big 12 is one of only six conferences in the nation to have five of its teams in the top 60 of the NCAA RPI.
