Nebraska has won the Big 12 volleyball title outright with a 3-0 victory at Texas A&M on Saturday.  The Huskers recorded a 19-1 league mark (27-2 overall) in 2010.

NU, the nation's fifth-ranked team, has captured a Big 12-leading 12 championships (1996, '98-2002, '04-'08 and 2010).  With its sweep of Baylor on Wednesday, Nebraska secured at least a share of its 31st overall conference championship. The Huskers have earned the conference crown outright 10 times and were named co-champions with Texas in 2007 and '08.  Kansas State and UT claimed the championship in 2003 and '09.

As the regular season champion, Nebraska is the Big 12's NCAA Championship automatic berth.   The national selection committee will announce the field of 64 teams on ESPNEWS at 2 p.m. CT on Sunday, Nov. 28.

The Huskers carry an eight-match win streak and 13-0 home record into the postseason.
