The first NCAA RPI Rankings of the 2013 season were released on Monday. Seven of the league’s nine teams were within the top 100, while Texas Tech, Oklahoma State and Baylor checked in at 31, 33 and 34, respectively.
TCU freshman Michelle Prokof recorded the Horned Frog’s first hat trick since the 2009 season. Prokof netted her teams lone goal against No. 14 Denver on Friday and then recorded all three of TCU’s goal against Central Arkansas on Sunday.
Texas Tech holds the league’s longest winning streak at six straight matches. The Red Raiders have shut out their last four opponents.
