Big 12 Indoor Track & Field Male Athlete of the Week
Jordan Moore, TCU, Fr., McDonough, Ga.
For the third time in two weeks, Moore broke the school record in the 60H with a time of 7.70 breaking his old mark set at the New Mexico Invitational (7.72). The freshman is currently ranked 1st in the Big 12 and 5th nationally in the event.

Big 12 Indoor Track & Field Female Athlete of the Week
Ashley Spencer, Texas, Jr., Indianapolis, Ind.
Spencer posted the second-best 400-meter time in the nation and ran the anchor leg of the national-leading 4x400-meter relay team at the Tyson Invitational for the top-ranked Texas women.

Competing in her first 400m of the season, Spencer cruised to victory Friday in 52.33 seconds which outdistanced a field of 76, including a number of individuals among the leaders on the national performers list.

The junior came back on Saturday and helped the 4x400m relay unit post the No. 1 time in the nation this season and a mark just outside the all-time indoor collegiate top 10. The foursome of Kendall Baisden, Briana Nelson, Courtney Okolo and Spencer crossed the finish line in 3:30.12, well ahead of second-place Texas Tech (3:34.15) and eclipsing Oregon’s national-leading 3:30.52 recorded Friday at the Don Kirby Elite Meet in Albuquerque, N.M.
