Coaches, Players Who Will Be At Big 12 Media Days

Wendell Barnhouse is a nationally-known and respected columnist who has spent over 20 years covering collegiate athletics. He has reported from 25 Final Fours and more than three dozen bowl games and has written about the Big 12 and its schools since the conference's beginning. Barnhouse will be updating the Big 12 Insider on happenings and behind-the-scenes information about the conference.

Big 12 Football Media Days are less than two weeks away. The two-day meeting will be July 23-24 at the Westin Galleria in Dallas. Representatives from Oklahoma, Iowa State, Kansas State, Texas Tech and TCU will meet the media on July 23 while Texas, Oklahoma State, Kansas, Baylor and West Virginia are scheduled for July 24.

Here are the attendees from each school.

Baylor: Coach Art Briles, quarterback Nick Florence, offensive linemen Ivory Wade, defensive back Ahmad Dixon, wide receiver Terrance Williams.

Iowa State: Coach Paul Rhoads, linebacker Jake Knott, linebacker A.J. Klein, running back James White.

Kansas: Coach Charlie Weis, quarterback Dayne Crist, offensive tackle Tanner Hawkinson, defensive end/linebacker Toben Opurum.

Kansas State: Coach Bill Snyder, quarterback Collin Klein, linebacker Arthur Brown, linebacker Tre Walker.

Oklahoma: Coach Bob Stoops, quarterback Landry Jones, corner back Demontre Hurst, offensive linemen Ben Habern.

Oklahoma State: Coach Mike Gundy, offensive linemen Lane Tayler, running back Joseph Randle, defensive end Cooper Bassett.

TCU: Coach Gary Patterson, quarterback Casey Pachall, guard Blaize Foltz, defensive end Stansly Maponga.

Texas: Coach Mack Brown, corner back Carrington Byndom, linebacker Jordan Hicks, guard Mason Walters.

Texas Tech: Coach Tommy Tuberville, quarterback Seth Doege, wide receiver Eric Ward, defensive back Terrance Bullitt.

West Virginia: Coach Dana Holgorsen, quarterback Geno Smith, wide receiver Tavon Austin, center Joe Madsen, defensive lineman Will Clarke.
