The Big 12 has three of the 12 squads in the 2008 NCAA Women's Basketball Championship with a 100 percent graduation rate for its players, according to Richard Lapchick from the Institute for Diversity and Ethics in Sports.

Lapchick's study of NCAA Tournament teams, released following the announcement of the 64-team NCAA field, found that Nebraska, Oklahoma State and Texas posted perfect graduation rates among their freshmen entering school from 1997 to 2001.

The nine other schools who produced perfect graduation rates and earned bids to the 2008 NCAA Tournament were Bucknell, Marist, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Robert Morris, San Diego, Syracuse, Tennessee and Vanderbilt.
