The National Semifinals will take place on Thursday, Dec. 18, with the National Championship Match set for Saturday, Dec. 20. Fans nationwide can purchase tickets by visiting www.Ticketmaster.com or calling or visiting their local Ticketmaster outlet. In Nebraska, tickets can be purchased at the Qwest Center Omaha Box Office, all Ticketmaster retail locations, including selected Younkers and Bakers stores, or by calling Ticketmaster charge-by-phone in Omaha (402-422-1212) or Lincoln (402-475-1212). All tickets available to the public will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. This system provides volleyball fans across the country an opportunity to purchase championship tickets. The only way fans will be able to purchase tickets is through the Qwest Center Omaha Box Office or Ticketmaster, as no tickets will be available through the University of Nebraska Ticket Office.
Two years ago, the NCAA set two single-match attendance records,
including a sellout crowd of 17,209 for the championship match between
Stanford and Nebraska. Ticket sales are expected to be brisk once again,
as the NCAA Volleyball Championship has enjoyed its two highest
attendance totals over the last two years.
